1. General
Please note that the website www.floriankolhammer.com exclusively sells art objects and antiques. These are objects from the respective indicated time and the respective artist/workshop. A note: the goods shown on the website were digitally photographed. There may be minor deviations between the representation of the goods and reality; such deviations do not constitute a defect of the goods.
2. Contracting party and registered office
The contract of sale is concluded with Kolhammer-Preisinger ART GmbH, Agnesstraße 50, 3400 Klosterneuburg. Our gallery is located at Plankengasse 7, 1010 Vienna, +43 1 513 32 69, info(at)floriankolhammer.com
3. Total amount
The total amount to be paid includes shipping costs, taxes and duties.
4. Shipping
Please note that we cannot give exact delivery times, especially for international shipments, as this depends on the shipping provider. All shipments from and to us are insured for full value. We strive to process all orders quickly and to your complete satisfaction.
5. Right of withdrawal
A revocation has to take place without reason informally by email or by post office dispatch under indication of the invoice number as well as the customer data and a short description of the object. To meet the cancellation deadline, a notification to us before the expiry of the cancellation period is sufficient. After receipt of the revocation you will receive a written confirmation by email from us. In case of revocation, you have to return the objects to us immediately, at the latest, however, within 14 days after submission of the revocation declaration. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the objects which is not necessary for the examination of the condition and properties of the objects. We are also happy to accept the objects personally by appointment in our gallery. The direct costs of the return are to be borne by the consumer. Please take care of a proper packaging. All payments made will be refunded by us as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made by PayPal, credit card, credit (PayPal) or bank transfer. Returns with a value of goods of more than 25,000€ must be reported to us. Insurance costs for such returns are to be borne by the consumer. Likewise, the consumer has to pay the insurance costs of the return shipment. These will be deducted from the refund. The distance and outward business law is valid.

There is a legal warranty right.
7. Legal
The place of jurisdiction is Klosterneuburg. We exclude the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8. Data protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially and legal requirements will be strictly observed. When registering for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The unsubscription is possible at any time.
