A revocation has to take place without reason informally by email or by post office dispatch under indication of the invoice number as well as the customer data and a short description of the object. To meet the cancellation deadline, a notification to us before the expiry of the cancellation period is sufficient. After receipt of the revocation you will receive a written confirmation by email from us. In case of revocation, you have to return the objects to us immediately, at the latest, however, within 14 days after submission of the revocation declaration. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the objects which is not necessary for the examination of the condition and properties of the objects. We are also happy to accept the objects personally by appointment in our gallery. The direct costs of the return are to be borne by the consumer. Please take care of a proper packaging. All payments made will be refunded by us as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made by PayPal, credit card, credit (PayPal) or bank transfer. Returns with a value of goods of more than 25,000\u20ac must be reported to us. Insurance costs for such returns are to be borne by the consumer. Likewise, the consumer has to pay the insurance costs of the return shipment. These will be deducted from the refund.
